I am not to sure that I would call this a MAD (mis-aligned die) since it appears that both dies (obverse and reverse) look off center. Normally, a MAD strike will have one of the dies off center from the other, with one die, either the obverse or reverse being centered. I have noticed that on the majority of Lincoln cents, it is the obverse die that is usually off centered and it will be either to the northwest or the southeast that the rim is missing.
