Asking for opinions on this one

I hope this is the coin that will be my first RDV find.
This coin does not match the coin found at varietyvista.
The mintmark is much lower and not as centered under the two middle numbers.
Please let me know if you have seen this example before and if there is an attribution number assigned to it.

I *think* I remember someone else on LCR found a coin like this but I cannot get my little gray cells to release the information so I can compare.

This is surely a 1988d RDV. Keep searching. The 1980-1989 cents is what I spend most of my time searching. I think I will start my collection of varieties for this period. 1988D RDV is a rare find. WAY TO GO Jean K.

My husband said that he is amazed that I know what to look for on a coin.
In all honesty, it would be very difficult to know what to look for if I did not have the knowledge I have gained from everyone who has posted a coin to share, and everyone who can provide identification, here on LCR.
