Trying to find out if this is pmd on obv or lamination? Also this looks like doubling on the vdb on rev? Didnt see any similar on CC. Pictures not the best but can get better ones if needed.

A little hard to say but maybe a random die break and MD on the reverse?

It almost looks like a curled up piece of copper flake on the obverse Eric. Have you tried to move it at all? As far as the VDB, I am thinking this may be isolated MD.

its actually a hole and not raised .. the photo is deceiving. Think it md too on rev.

If it is recessed than it could be a small struck through or PMD cause uncertain. Probably not worth the trouble to send to someone for an official examination...

Just a thought but shoulding the B in VDB be more slanted?

When they talk about the B in VDB being slanted, they are referring to the horizontal bar between the upper and lower loops. On some counterfeit 1909S VDBs, the bar was perfectly horizontal rather than being slanted downward like yours is.
