I can't really tell from the pics. They could be die scratches (raised lines on the coin which are incuse on the die); they could be gouges or die cracks; they could also be from PMD. They are not plating bubbles as it is pre-1982.

Are the lines you see raised or incuse (grooves on the coin)?

If they are raised I would guess deep die scratches or gouges (raised on the coin and in relief on the die). Thanks for sharing.
