This one looks alot like machine damage to me. There are no pronounced serifs and nothing listed is even close on position. That doesn't mean anything though. If it were mine, I'd throw it back.. No offence, just doesn't show enouph of a possibility..

It is definitely machine damage. As I have said in other posts, note how the 'doubling' cuts into the primary device (in this case the S mintmark) . The lowest of the mintmarks shows the complete mintmark as intended. The top shows the sheared top portion.
