A coin I had stashed and did not photograph until today.
Do we have a clockwise rotation of about 15 degrees here, or maybe more?
Thanks for checking,
Jean

Maybe somewhere between 15-30, closer to 15 though...

Check here: http://www.rotateddies.com/

They have a illustrated scale.

Yes, nice find JeanK. It is always fun when you find you've had a coin that is like yours and don't discover that it is like that until now.I have an 1984-P like yours.

Like they say, turn the coin over and see what is on the reverse... teehee.

You know that is funny. I always tell anyone who will listen to me for one secound that the easiest thing you can do is flip it over( I give demo) 180* and you can instantly tell if you have a rotated die coin. So guess what I forgot to do for about two days with the 1984-P. DUH!

I checked mine and it seem to be pretty much exact. I take it there was a small run of them...

There are more out there than most of us realize. This 73P is the widest I have found, but I have found many minor rotated dies on early wheat and memorial cents.
Although I know there is no premium for these I do keep them in my collection of errors.
