1995d multiple errors: Mint or PMD:

I found this in regular bank rolls from a local supermarket. Still trying to get good pictures of it. I would have dismissed as post mint dmg if not for the D in United and S in States looking like it was made by a die. The rest of the damage looks like other coins crushed into the penny.

I would say PMD by that reverse pic. Do you have a full Obv and Rev pic?

While the first pics was interesting the last two look like PMD.

Yea I took the coin to a dealer friend of mine, he said even the imprints in pic 1 and everything else is post mint. Ah well it is still an intresting example and I'll probably keep it. it has several instances where coins are crushed into it.
