Its a very nice RPM (D/D north). It might be 1MM-013 on coppercoins but I'm not 100% sure.

Nice find! It does look most like the 013 on coppercoins than any of the other examples.
It might be my strange imagination but it seems the example 1960D-1MM-013 on coppercoins.com, has a very slight east tilt, and your coin seems have a straight up mint mark. The description of the coin at cc states that in later die states there is a chip on the top of the 9 of the date, and your coin seems to have a chip.
Just my humble opinion of the differences or sameness of the two.

It could be RPM#13 or #16, from this far away it's hard to tell, if the pic was closer, it may be easier to see whats there...Any extra serifs?Comment
