1983D MM and column errors??

There is something wrong with this MM
And just noticed other looks like xtras on two columns
upper last column and lower second to last column
Just wondered what you think

I can't tell about the columns but around the MM appears to be where a gas bubble was.

Looks like die chips in bays 10 and 11.
