Looks a little like doubling BUT cant be positive due to the wear on it. Probably nothing but worth a post to ask

Hard to say for sure; there's doubling, but no clear notching and there's no pattern to the doubling to link it to a class of hub doubling (e.g., Class I rotated hub doubling). Could be Die Deterioration Doubling (DDD), the type common on nickels and clad coinage. The mintmark really looks like DDD.

It all looks like die deterioration and die deterioration doubling.

All the quarters from 82-86 are screwed up like that---thick heavy lettering, etc.
Dimes as well! Front and back.
