FOUND THIS IN A CAN OF WHEAT D's I SET ASIDE YEARS AGO. DO YOU AGREE WITH ME ITS A 004.

It is not -004. The mintmark placement is incorrect. I am thinking it maight be RPM-005, and if that is true then this is also a doubled die obverse.
