Yep.. it is what it is..

Howeverer if you can measure the distance from the bottom of the F to the memorial base you may be able to get one peice in the puzzle. Plus any other of Billy's markers seen? ... even though faint ..

Checkout out Billy's latest issue of DVN page 17.

The 1988 RDV having the reverse of a 1989 has those initials "FG" slightly close to the base of the memorial than a 1988 without the RDV.

From your image it looks to me to be an RDV-005 reverse.

Keep looking -- I certainly am! In fact, I closely check ALL transitional years. Where they is one year, I would bet there is another year.

I check 85 for an 86 rev. As well as 86 for an 85 rev. As well as 72 with 73 reverse or 73 with 72 reverse or 73 with 74 reverse or 74 with 73 reverse. And so on and so on.

Lots to be looking for out there!!!! You just never know what you may come across.
