    It is hard to say from these pics I would have to see an enlarged image to make a correct asessment... Just did that and it is a Matte Proof

      The diagnostics compare quite favourably but I cant see inside the O.

        Maybe...maybe not? GSC often take really nice pictures of their coins making them look great. With a matte proof I just don't understand the reluctance to slab it by PCGS when it would sell for so much higher unless the seller suspects or knows of an issue; which of course could be condition related as well as attribution related.

          It seems that there may be some areas at 12 o'clock that are problem areas juat under the rim. I have zoomed in on the image x600% where you can see more.
          Jump in and take a look.
