I was looking at DVN#15, and on page 34 you show 2002-D 25c OH CDDO-001. I was thinking this might be the same die as 2002-D 25 OH WDDO-001 shown at http://www.doubleddie.com/186343.html, and if that is the case, Wexler could update the cross reference. They look very similar, although I'm not confident that they are exactly in the same position.
