Hey I have a 2008 Silver lincoln sent with S ove S the type of S over S that looks like a doubled die. Where can I find rareity and worth?

Rickie, I moved your post for you. In the future you can make a new thread whenever you have a separate question about a coin.
I am also having a hard time understanding what you are trying to explain. 2008 cents aren't minted in silver...either the coin has been altered outside the mint or it was struck without the copper plating.
I also don't understand this sentence.

You can't have an over-mintmark or repunched mintmark after 1989, as the mint stopped adding it to the working dies after that. You may be seeing some odd light reflection, but again, pictures would help us out greatly.Comment

First off, to clarify, and OMM is an over-mintmark, such as D/S or S/D. An RPM is a repunched mintmark,such as S/S or D/D. Your coin cannot be either because it was minted after 1989.Comment
