I contacted the moderator to delete the post as it has no place over there or anywhere else. Dennis is passionate about his coins and I respect him for jumping in the fire, but I think the reputation of BOTH dealers speaks loud and clear. We here know Chris and know he is not only a fulltime dealer but passionate about his profession and collecting or he would not be where he is - and frankly, neither would our collections without him. He aggressively pursues coins of interest, for himself and his many clients. Thats right, he has people who seek him. I sell wholesale occasionally to him and I know he flips and makes money, -good for him, and I am content I made a few bucks, but I am not willing to commit my time to the level that he has to maintain the contacts, go to the shows, keep up with inventory and yes, make even more money than I could if I was willing to get off my lazy butt. so whatever the reassons they can not get along, thats between them and should be kept private.

Dennis, you are a class act! Thank you for proving it yet again! I was unfortunately busy at work and missed all the action, but I must put my two cents in now.

While Chris needs no defense, I must say this: Chris (and Charity) have been THE MOST honorable and GENEROUS coin people I have ever worked with in my almost 40 year collecting career! I could not be more serious on this! The number of great things Chris has done for me cannot even begun to be counted. I'm sure a huge number of members of this forum will back me up on this. How many of you can quickly remember an unexpected free coin sent out, a generous contest Chris has sponsored, or at the very least recognize the hundreds of hours he has dedicated to this site that directly befit others. A vast majority of you, I'd bet! This Coppertop guy must be having a really bad week! Especially to air these complaints on a public forum with no evidence to back anything up whatsoever. Lame!!

Thanks Dennis for helping put a stop to this sour grapes, public slander campaign! Chugly out!

Glad this was settled. I would like to also add that I have dealt with Chris also. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

I can only think of a couple people I would send a $3K coin to without worrying...and Chris is one of them.

Charity and I want to thank our friends for their support. Life is too short not to realize what's most important. Thank you.

I don't know, you have to watch Chris like a hawk. The wife and I had dinner with him and Charity last week and he lied and said he had to use the restroom so he could find our waitress and pay the check. He's a slippery one.

To introduce Bobby to everyone, he and his wife are one of the most dynamic couples in our hobby: please meet the owners of CCF forums. The ANA in Chicago lead to some life changing, instant friendships. It's always an honor to be associated with those whose motivation never needs to be questioned.
