    1943S doubled die or normal?

Sifting through some of my old coins and I've come across some 43's. Here is one of 2 43s questions I have.

Because I don't have much experience with wheaties, let alone 43's, I am calling in the troops for this one.

Is it doubled, machine doubled or normal? Also, does the rim/edge look normal too? I have another 43 that seems to possess the same characteristic, kind of warped and cuddish like.

    Thanks

    Lara

Date looks normal with a touch of MD. The reverse rim shows a minor finned rim, more pressure was exerted in that area for some reason.

      Thank you again Jason.

So just for personal reference and repetition, these finned rims are normal for this year and should be basically overlooked when I see it? I understand that finned rims are not anything special to begin with, but when I see something not right I tend to look further.

Clarification and reinforcement for my stubborn brain.

Finned rims happen. They have to be rather extreme to be collectible. Keep one or two on hand and refer to them when needed. If you found a big one, you'll know it.
