olympic quarter doubling

Found this one recently, interesting doubling on the epl. It is a Denver Olympic Quarter. The doubled letters seem a little smaller but it shows full letters behind the e,p,l,u,r. I can't find any other doubling on hte coin though. What ya all think it is?

I think it's similar to the 2009 Lincoln I just sent to Bob and posted yesterday. I think mine is MD.

I'm not sure as I would love to see a sharper image of EPU before I can say it is new. This is one I would send in for an in hand look. Hope it is new.

Tried getting some full pictures of the coin, isn't working out very well. I sent the pictures I posted on here to someone and they said that the affected letters are incuse so it is MD. Most likely I'm wrong but my thought is, that if the letters are incuse wouldn't the doubling have to be aswell or is it not possible to have a DD on incuse parts of a die? I did kinda think maybe a counter clash aswell but with hte letters being incuse can it happen?
