I couldn't find this one listed anyone seen this one or have a listing for it. Looks to have a significant shift to the north on the secondary MM showing as a horizontal bar above the primary MM and a lower curve inside the primary MM. Also having a split lower serif.

Your right on on your assesment. I couldn't find it either. It is slightly rotated CW. Nice find! Perhap's someone does have this Die in there files.
