Hi there Lance! Welcome to the forum. I hate to tell you this, but what I see appears to be machine doubling (MD) damage. There is a flat, shelf-like appearance to your "doubled" images of the A in AMERICA and the memorial with no signs of notching at the corners.
I usually get unanimous feedback from other members before I pitch coins in question back in the spending pile. I have been wrong before.

Welcome to LCR. This coin has what is commonly referred to as MD, or machine doubling. You'll also hear it sometimes referred to as strike doubling. It's very common, and is not the result of a doubled die. Here's a good link to read:
