I agree on MD... Also the lines under the chin on yours appear to be either linear plating bubbles or roller lines... When the planchet material gets rolled to obtain the proper thickness some times the rollers are worn and leave small grooves in the sheets... When they are plated the line show up... Similar to the lines seen on the solid Lincolns prior to mid 1982... Those often get confused with a woodie!!!Jim

To be honest, I don't have much faith in that "doubled ear lobe" shown in the illustration.....I don't see any extra thickness....size of the ear looks normal to me.....I would have tossed it as a hitComment

Good thing it's not a big DDO, that poor coin spent some time being trampled on cement.
The "other" sweet DDO (other than die-1) is the die-2. It's got doubling all over the coin and some people miss it so be sure it is on your radar!
