      I'm thinking PSD also???

Added... I can see the line of the rim on the obv and a partial line of the rim on the rev... On the rev that raised section out to the west is most likely from the edge whatever was used to crush the penny... With the toning looking relatively the same through out the coin on both sides that PSD was from a long time ago!!!

Thank you jbul for also showing us a reverse image! I also think the coin suffered damage by being smashed by something. That 1920 has come a long way, it's cool to find old wheats like that!
