1963 D LMC LAM or Die Crack?

I've been searching through a roll of 1963 D LMC I picked up at a local estate sale. My instincts want to categorized this cent as a lamination error based on the collar area on Mr. Lincoln. However, I do see a line starting at the tip of the 3 and running through the T & Y of Liberty. Can this type of line be developed in a lamination error? I look forward to your answers.

I do not quite follow you're line of questioning but the east to west line you are referring to from the 3 to LIBERTY is a LAM. The pic of the head is a die crack and small chip at the west end.

I am not able to tell to tell for sure do to the pics they are over adjusted I think??? To me it looks like the line from the 3 is damage to the coin (PSD)... Something scratched or gouged the coins surface causing the lamination to kick up on the collar, north side of the PSD... Just prior to exiting the jacket to the west the end of the lamination error is reached and what ever caused the damage has hit solid coin again and is now just a scratch/gouge... The head is a crack and chip Like Jon stated... If you could get better pics we may be able to get a better determination???
