Very nice!! 1945 is the earliest year on Cuds on Coins for an RIDB, you should send this to JC, John! By the way, beautiful coin!

Nice coin... 79 years old and not much sign of ever being in circulation... I am not sure but I do not see a shift in any direction??? If no shift then it would not be a RIDB!!!

I would like to hear what JC would say about this one. I know that RIDB's often have a shift/displacement but I don't think they must have this. I would consider this a "freestanding RIDB", after going back, reading it and looking at the examples. See what you think, Jim. LINK (http://cuds-on-coins.com/retained-interior-die-breaks/)

Cool... In the last paragraph for the sample it talks about cracks from the "raised island" and in the image there is a visible displacement??? I do not see any displacement on Johns tho??? Hopefully JC will chime in as I could be totally wrong!!!
