One is a subset of the other. The correct nomenclature is "struck through filled die" or "struck through grease" error. However, what you have here may also be the result of an overpolished die or even smoothed over circulation damaged.

Its hard to imagine what or why they felt such a polishing was needed in that small area. I can understand trying to polish out some scratches but it looks like they gouged out that spot pretty good.
