That looks to be a die rotation of about 40 degrees. Very nice find.

I agree. Very nice find. The newest rotated reverse that I know of is on a 2009 Presidential Dollar. As far as which cent is the latest, I'm afraid I don't know.

I would agree with BJ. About 40 degrees. You can see it was flipped from left to right. Nice coin!!!
