Looking forward to your thoughts. The "7" seems almost level with everything else in the date and the "9" in the date seems to curl in like a small date should but Im not sure. What do you guys think?
It's definitely a large date. As for the close up of the date, the glare from the lighting keeps me from seeing anything clearly. It's worth noting that this year is notorious for it's strike doubling, which is flat and shelf-like. The most prevalent types of die doubling for this era are rounded, as if there is actually a second set of letters and numbers beneath (because there is).

What you have is a large date. On a small date the lower leg of the 7 is even with the bottom of the 0. The hook of the 9 is tighter and pointed and Liberty is very weak compared to the large date.
