I think it's a hit. The beard line should be at the outer edge of the earlobe,not going into it.

It looks more like a gas bubble if you are talking about next to the ear lobe. You can see other gas bubbles in and around that area. Maybe one of the attributers can chime in.

I would tend to agree that it is a hit, or so other PSD. The shape of the ear lobe seems 'cut' a bit.
