    Would this be a thick rim example or proof?

    Would this be a thick rim example. It's a great coin other than the pvc/green problem. Everything on it is raised super high.

    I believe that to be a proof coin that was cracked out of a set and stored in a high humidity or damp location, a basement maybe?
