1935 Found in Change Need Help with Date

I found this coin a while ago in change from a gas station. Does there seem to be doubling on the date or is it post mint damage? Also this coin has one of my favorite grease errors. Check out the motto.

Agreed- the date was flattened by a heavy contact mark. But it does bear similarities to a Class VI doubled die, I can see what you were getting at.
