I dunno? Small or Large 1960

Hey everyone, I still have a difficult time differentiating between small and large dates.

    Can someone help me here?

I thought it was a small date, enamel, what makes you say it is a large date? Others, why do you think it is a small date?

I think it is a small date by the 9 but I wasn't too sure. Also, do I bother keeping this one or not?

Small date , the upper hook of the 6 does not extend to the outside of the lower loop. Just sayin, thats how I tell them apart. SD has a stubby upper hook. Tom

That 1960-D is a small date (SD).

To answer your last question, a Denver small date is pretty common, but a Philly small date is a definite keeper !
