defiantly a greaser and a very nice find congrats.

That is an excellent find and I agree with everyone that its a struck through grease error or a "greaser." Its also an excellent example at that - a definite keeper! Your picture of this coin was fine for capturing this anomaly, but you will also need to learn a way to take closer shots if you plan on asking questions about doubled dies or rpms. Taking shots through a loop is one cheap way of trying to do this, but having a good microscope makes it much easier.Comment
