1985-D Lincoln cent, mint mark error ?

Again, it really helps if, when you post a thread, you specify what it is you are looking at. Otherwise we just have to guess based on the pictures, which are blurry. From what you posted, I assume you think you have an RPM (repunched mintmark). To me, it looks like plating issues, but clearer pictures may reveal more.

I was thinking the exact same thing as Simon. I see what may be a plating issue, but I don't know if this is what you are even asking about.
