1935 s ddr?

Hi LCR

Just looking through some wheats tonight and not sure if this is the 1935S-1DR-001... or perhaps a different DDR? Or just PMD?

Some of the letter in the Motto look like there might be something going on... especially the U & S in Pluribus look a little thick and the M in unim has baby notches, however I am using a 16x loupe so maybe its to small to matter...

Looks like a nice normal coin. Not a DDR.

Looks normal to me to Karah...I think the "baby notches" you see are deterioration.

I have to agree that it is not a DDR for 1935. The Dots usually are the telltale sign......they should be elongated and lots of thickness
on the motto.

One thing that's positive, is that the 1935-s is one of the more expensive coin in the 1934-1958 Lincoln wheat series.
