Nothing that I know. Those are pretty much barren of any known varieties. As far as grades go, PR69's are plentiful, but if you could find a PR70...good luck with that.

The best thing to do is learn what the normal coins look like for any issue and just look at the coins. The coins will tell you all you need to know. No need for lists of "known" varieties.

It sure looks like a doubled die to me... but if I had a penny for every time I said that I would be much better off financially.
None of my reference books have a 1982 proof ddo for comparison. Maybe this is one that should be examined by an expert.

It is all machine doubling. More common on proofs as they are struck multiple times. Notice how the devices are cut into...especially noticeable of the left side of the O of GOD.
