magnetic penny that isn't 1943 or 1944 (caution obviously counterfeit)

got this penny back in change today.. at first thought it was a nickel, then realized it was a 1956 penny obviously plated with something other than silver... its got the slightest hint of magnetic properties... the last picture is a still shot i videotaped lifting the penny with a pretty powerful magnet...

I think its nickel plated... only metal i can think of that has this kind of shine and is magnetic.... it looks to be flaking off, wonder who got scammed 56 years ago!
