1990P doubling on date an liberty?

Looks like the date is doubled an the berty of liberty is doubled. The date got me thinking MD but then the liberty makes me think could be something else. What do you think. Thx for the help again.

Sorry. All I'm seeing is a normal coin with some machine doubling on it. Hub doubling would have enlarged the devices. They appear normal in size for this year to me.
