      Looks like hub doubling, again common on 64's

              RPM looks like the 019 to me.

                      Jim, I will post pics of two possible Wexler RPM-DDO listings. They will be close and without markers from your coins it's a guess.
                      First three photos are Wexler RPM#18C - WDDO-019 , the next three are WRPM#17B - WDD0-012. I think your coin is maybe WDDO-012
