79P Rim CUDS??? Chip or DDO???

Not sure but it appears to be rim cuds and I'm not sure if there is a chip or part of another "9" inside the 2nd "9s" loop!!!

It does appear to be rim cuds Jim. As far as the anomaly inside the loop of the 9, I am thinking it is a die dent or gouge. I see little ones around the date also.
