If memory serves me correct there isn't a picture of this RPM on CC site. Your's could be there.

I use (The RPM Book, 2nd Edition, Wiles) as part of my reference library. It is a hard book to come by and when one is found it is expensive as it is OP.

Sometimes www.Koinpro.com has a copy available.
