    Looks like a normal one from what I can see. The doubling is pretty strong on this die:

      The date has taken hits. It's not DDO-001.

            This one is not even close. Remember, the doubling has got to be exactly the same as he variety you're comparing it to. In this case, as has been pointed out, it's just a hit on the date.
