1956? Has anybody seen this on a '56 before? Found on Copper coins. But haven't researched yet. Thanx. Any ideas? Proof or business?

We really need better pictures,pics of the whole coin,and what it is you are seeing,before we can give you a good answer..right now I'd guess a MAD business strike..but that is just a guess.
