    1928D Doubling on the letter N in the word IN..

    Hi, I wanted to know what type of doubling on the letter N in the word IN of IGWT is? Or is it PMD? Thanks!

    It is either MD or a well placed hit.Real doubling will add to the thicknes,not take away from the normal design.

      agreed.....the diagonal bar of the N..if this was doubled would originally be..a tiny line compared to the up bars... on a coin all bars should be close to equal thickness...if there was true doubling..the diagonal would be thicker than the ups...
