I found this coin in a roll of bank. It has a beautiful luster and looks like uncirculated. It may be the work of an expert or can be genuine? That is my question.

Rather than unplated, I'd argue it's plated. It looks too glossy for the surface of the natural zinc core.-Sean
Search started in Sep 2011. 913,650 cents searched as of 9/24/13. -
The glossy sheen suggests it has been plated with a white metal. The coin's weight is needed. I suspect it will be around .1 grams higher. An unplated would run .05-.1 grams less than normal.

It is overweight, somewhere around .1 gram depending on how sensitive your scale is. Most likely plated over the copper plating...
