 The big difference is that the 69-S doubled die-1 in that grade is a 50-100K+ coin, the strike doubled coin is not worth much if any premium but some people might buy them for a few bucks.
 
 The doubled die is made from a die that was made with doubling so all coins struck from that die have the same strong doubling.
 
 A strike doubled coin is struck from a normal die that bounced a little while that particular coin was struck.

 Yours shows machine doubling...one easy thing to see is that you have doubling the same direction on the date and mint mark...that usually means machine doubling because the mint mark was added by hand up to 1989, therefore it would not be doubled like the rest of the die.
