    Universal Variety Code

    I am having trouble finding information on who invented this. I know CONECA had adopted its use, but were they also the creators, or someone else. Anyone know its origin?

        Being that I am not a geezer... I found only 1 reference..and not a full answer...LOL...

        page iv " CONECA recently adopted the use of a universal variety code(UVC) and a die marriage registry(DMR)....."
        it says adopted...not created.....

        Dr. Wiles may be the person to contact... you can e-mail him using the CONECA site I do believe...
