    1970S Large or Small Date?

I have a 1970 S that is covered with a greenish-white material and I wondered if there is anything visible on the date that would determine if it is a small or large date. There may not be enough visible to decide. Your opinions are welcome. Thanks, Joel

Large date. The level of the top of the 7 is below the 9 and 0. The 0 is also not small and round. It's larger and oval.

It's a Large Date Joel, Notice the "7" is lower than the rest of the date. The 7 should fit within the parameters of the "0"
A small Date should also have a weaker BERTY than the LI.
