1919 defective planchet or post mint damage?

Here's a 1919 Wheat that has damage on the obverse and also on the reverse in around the same area. It is missing the "O" in One and "E" in cent on the reverse. Does this look like an error of some type or is it post mint damage? Thanks for your input in advance!

That's damage all the way. Note how it also effects the rim. That's a pretty big indicator.

Agree on post mint damage. In addition to Will's comments I would add that the coin is slightly out of round at the site of the damage, which is an indicator for PSD on a coin struck in collar.
