1975-P size of a disme

The letters are blending into the rims so it could be a spooned coin or a drum coin (personal term) A coin that has been in a clothes dryer. The design is worn so more than likely it's been spooned. Are the edges smooth or have little dents all over?

Wild one, Roger. I think I see some 'ruffling' on the top of rim. If so it is probably post mint damage from someone with too much time on their hands.
