Are all 2009 Lincoln Cent Proofs the copper ones or was it just a "special set"?

There was some confusion for a while but the last I heard, all of the 2009 proof cents were 95 % copper -
I just wanted to make sure. I want a set of the copper ones just to have. It would make a nice display on my desk. They are cheap enough on ebay.CONECA memberComment

I believe Cranky and Roger are correct. The way I understand it, all of the business strikes were zincolns, and all of the special mint sets, like the proofs and the satin finish sets were done in 95% copper. I have a set of the satins, but not the proofs. The satins are really beautiful.
